Below are updates about account changes that may affect your former Monument Area FCU account.

All former MAFCU members are now able to use all of JSC FCU’s 15 Bay Area branch locations. Please click here to see our locations.

As of Friday, May 30th your existing MAFCU Debit and ATM Cards are no longer valid. If you have not done so, please activate your new JSC FCU Check Card and ATM Card. If you have not received a new JSC FCU card, do not have a PIN number, or have a question about your new Debit or ATM Card, please call us at 281.488.7070. For out of town members, please call 800.940.0708.

As of Friday, May 30th, all former MAFCU members no longer have access to their accounts via the MAFCU home banking site or voice response phone system. You can now sign-up for JSC FCU’s home banking (StarPC) and voice response (STAR) to gain access to your new JSC FCU account both online and by phone. If you have not done so, please visit any of our 15 branch locations in person to complete the STAR / StarPC application. You will also receive your PIN number at this time if you apply in person. You can also click here to download and print a STAR / Star PC application through our web site. All former MAFCU members who used bill payment services via the MAFCU home banking should now setup their payees in the JSC FCU StarPC bill payment service. If you had payments scheduled to be paid on or after June 2nd, these payments were not paid. You must now setup the Bill Pay service for these merchants inside JSC FCU’s StarPC to schedule all payments.

If you were enrolled with E-Statements for your former MAFCU account prior to the computer conversion on June 1st, you will continue to have access to statements through the month of May 2008 via the link listed below. Beginning with your June 2008 statement, you will be able to access your statements via the JSC FCU StarPC home banking system.
